Born and raised in Sarasota, FL. Chelsey currently lives, works, and attends school in Chicago, IL.
She is a 2012 BFA candidate at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago
with a concentration in video and new media art.
She is a multi-media editor at F News Magazine, SAIC's student run publication, and assistant director to the Phil Morton Archive.
